Thats pretty awesome but the bad part is most of their dispatchers can't do their job now as it is much less but extra work on them. Sad they always answer the phone or radio with stand by or please hold. Now they will have another excuse.

When 911 started they used 2 dispatchers. They were maybe 2 deputies on a shift and 3 ambulances and not many calls. Today they have 2 dispatchers and have atleast 6-8 road deputies out at a time and now they have Hurricane pd, state police, Dnr, Eleanor pd, Poca, 6 ambulances and alot more firemen and I am sure alot more calls. Plus they answer the phones for all the law enforcement in the county. You ever think those people are overwhelmed. Everyone other agency has added more people instead of 911. Maybe you should try their job before you trash them. And yes I know, I used to work there.

That's normal, always blame someone else. Let's not accept our actions or I should say inactions.
