Yes I would,if a "so called" pillar of the community can do it,then I should also. I'll even pay for my discount taxes on time too,not like some others that dont pay their taxes on time, I mean you're already getting a discount,what's the excuse for not paying them on time?

I wouldnt,I'm honest,you'd just be screwing the system and would lower the budget in the county and the school. The school district would be out of a ton of money.I'll pay my fair share. I dont want to be a freeloader or a sponge.

Dont forget about that check from the PA lottery to senior citizens for $600.00 that comes every year at the beginning of July, Just in time to pay your late taxes and penalty. What a scam. How much is she saving on her school tax? Ask a 65 year old or older ,what they save. It's quite a bit,I understand. I heard it's like 50 %. On school tax,that's alot of money over the years.

I can understand that some kids take care of their mothers or fathers/grandmother or grandfather and having them move in with them to be a caregiver to take care of them,but they shouldnt be on the deed. That's not fair. Can we report these people?

I thought you were going to vote for Mr. Shar because you used to be his assistant coach, Mr. Cerra? Would you rather have Mrs. Olasz toss her mother out into the street? Shar is the one being investigated for tax scams, not Olasz. And the Olasz's only get the Homestead exclusion as Judge Olasz is on the deed too. You have to dig a little deeper than going to the county website. I guess Mrs. Olasz's mother living in a basement of her house is terrible while Shar's house is undervalued by 100 grand and that is ok.

OH !! We did dig deeper,,it would be something if the tax payers knew about all these scams Olasz's are pulling off...the county taxes are just the tip of the iceberg.

The house was in her mother's name from day one. She didn't take her into the house in order to take care of her. This has been the arrangement for 20 years.

As I recall the county reassessed all homes in Allegheny county back in 2002. Maybe you didnt put any money into your dump, but other people made improvements over the years on their homes. Maybe we should go around the neighborhood and ask who dod improvemnets on their home,then raise there taxes? You're an ass hole!

Yes ,unless you can prove that others are doing it , then post there names and addresses ....what odes 3 kids have to do with it? How about putting the house in your parents name to get tax discounts.?? Probably more of those in the system.
