I sure hope that everyone saw the big story the other night about all the Medicare fraud busts. It must be as they say, "the walls have ears." Now it has come to my (our) attention that evidently there has been not only Medicare but also Medicade fraud (by medical professionals) going on right here "under our noses" in the immediate area for quite some time. I am not at in a position to divulge names, but there is one we find of particular interest which keeps popping up for some reason. However, as stated previously, this is neither the time nor place to disclose idenities.Besides that, gotta go kos MY MANAGER is looking over my shoulder, how do they say, "clearing her throat". Guess it looks like the parties over, gotta get back to work. Toodles, honey bunch, sugar pie!

PS James,I can't get into email at this moment, but if you're reading this I just want to let you know that I will pick up some more of that banana pudding you're normally so fond of on my way home. And yes, I found those songs you were asking about, Charlie Brown and Transfusion, with it's "put a gallon in me, Allen" on cd for you, baby cakes!

Wow, aren't you happy my English has improved so much? A while back I would probably have said something like, for example, "Besides that, gotta go kos over my shoulder MY MANAGER she is a'looking, and how do they say "clearing her throat."

" He's gonna get caught, just you wait and see. Why's everybody always picking on me? " I don't know, but I just can't seem to get those songs off my mind. I suppose it doesn't help what with little James Jr. playing them all the time. I would say he's a chip off the ol' block in some respects, but when it comes to banana pudding that's a different subject. Now where James Sr. likes his from Minor's, stirred, not shaken, Jame's Jr. likes his from Sam's, shaken, not stirred! That's the bond we share!

Oops, got that mixed up, it gets a little confusing at times. James Sr. likes his shaken, not stirred, while James Jr. likes his the other way. But anyway, seriously, back to the main topic. I hope you didn't have to read between the lines too much to realize how much concern James Sr. and I have for the safety and well being of our community and neighborhood.

After having just read seveal posts by Samuel Andrews, I would like to inform him there is one thing I take exception to. That's your "Boo hoo hoo, has your dolly got the flu?" question to the person you were referring to. Being quite the connoisseur myself when it comes to dolls, I can understand just how hard it must be on them when one gets sick. I use to think that I (we) could really get it in for somebody but boy, we could really learn something from you. Understandibly so although, as we can see no reason to doubt your statements. Just lay off the dolly remarks, and we'll be just fine. Other than that all we can say is BRAVO, THREE OR MORE CHEERS FOR YOU, and HAVE GO AT 'EM. All within the law, of course. And don't worry, if one of my dollies gets sick we'll never grace his door with her!

Joanne, I read your message and will keep it in mind not to mention anything that could be considered derogatory towards anyone's dolls or "dollies'. Glad to see you and James are also concerned about the welfare of the community. Thank you for seeing, as anyone with common sense must, that what I've been saying about Kosove's misdiagnosing is true.

To Samuel, Hi, James said he thought he saw you downtown the other day. He recognized you by your " Doc Kosovo's Ear, Misdiag-nose and Throat " tee shirt. I was checking out some other websights and ran across the one called Vitals, where, how do you call him, Kossy boy, was listed. Did you know there's a picture of him on there now, and boy, oh boy, those eyebrows are really something. James Sr. and I were talking and we think it would look good on one of your tee shirts with something like one of your "Doc Kould Droop Alot" writings. We also obviously share a real love for oldies music, although James has a real leaning towards classical music. We would really like to make your acquaintance, so don't be surprised if next time one or both of us sees you we introduce ourselves. I think that we would really make quite the team, although the name Justice League of America has already been used. Don't worry we will think of something, and it certainly won't be the Committee of Concerned Kosove Supporters. Anyone supporting him is probably kept pretty busy, as you say "cleaning his shoes," and now as everyone can see, trying to think of something that's "enough to lift a few eyebrows."

Your last sentence in the previous post though being quite an oxymoron was none the less a point well taken. Just want to know if you happened to run across the Elvis Presley song on You Tube yet that's called "The Walls Have Ears"? It made me think of you when I heard it. Eagerly awaiting your acquaintance.

Good, and I also meant to tell you that everyone on my job, and also James', as well as our neighborhood is now aware of the situation, and will be looking elsewhere should the need arise for a good E.N.T. specialist!

Careful there now, Joanne, you don't want to say anything that might raise his eyebrows, though I do agree with you, from the look of that picture he certainly needs it!!!!!

To Joanne and James: I see that you kinda rushed ahead on something, but that's okay as I was planning on using it elsewhere anyway. So long as we're working towards a common goal everything's fine and still look forward to meeting you both.

Samuel, I asked James to wait, but he's really, really ticked off about it all, and said that he doesn't know how you're keeping your feelings in check about it all so good, and that if something like that happened to his mom or someone in the family, well, I won't elaborate on it here. Fortunately though, they reside in another part of the U.S.

Being fairly new to town I decided to check out Topix and I am so glad that I did. I read all of Mr. Andrews' posts and now yours, Joanne. I am really pleased someone is willing to speak up in cases like this. Something very similar happened to my mom, in another state, and if only someone would have posted the facts or let them be known somehow, then we surely would have gotten her to another doctor in time. After she passed away I pursued some type of justice, and when the authorities went in on that doctor and dug it all up there were several other cases that came to light, and suffice it to say it ended up doing much more than just costing him his business. I can't speculate here, but this does seem to have all the "earmarks" of such a situation.

Joanne, it sure looks like it's drawing more attention, huh? I've got a little more paperwork to fill out and it's likely to draw a whole lot more. Speaking of drawing attention, I received my new tee shirt today, and I'm sure that you or James will be able to spot "those eyebrows" pretty easy. And speaking of "spotting", don't you think it's pretty good that James is "pissed" about it all. Don't you think a whole lot more need to, be "pissed", that is?

Though James and I tend to adhere to the adage that "it's better to be pissed off than to be pissed on" we've also found that in our estimation it appears that it can be quite relieving to do some "pissing on" when one is "pissed off" enough!

Being James and you are already "pissed" about it all I won't hesitate in telling you something I learned today from the sister in law of one of his other victims. Evidently rather than performing a biopsy on her he was quoted as saying, " Let's give it a couple of months and see what happens," with the result being according to her sister in law, "her face rotting half off" I told her that with what happened to my mother it sounded all too familiar, to which she agreed. When she saw my new tee shirt and I told her the authorities I've been in contact with about it she told me I was doing good. Remember this happened to a fairly young lady, who passed away less than a year after my mom. Obviously he didn't learn anything, huh? And to think that he's supposed to be "on the board" out at the new hospital.Homestead in general should be more than "pissed" about it all!!!!!

Thanks for telling me, Samuel. I'm going to do my best to keep James from the computer tonight so he won't sse that "Let's give it a couple months and see what happens" quote. I'll have to break it to him tomorrow before he gets on the web, but don't have any doubts, we still want to meet you so we can go over all this and see how we can be of any help to do something about it,LEGALLY of course.Homestead would be much better off with him removed from pratice.
