I have been to this place three times ,two of which they messed every thing up and I mean every thing! The last time I dident get chance to eat b/c we stood at the front and were never seated my wife asked some one who was standing at the kitchen and he said seat your self, so we did and, we sat there about 20 min then we got up and left never to return. Out side we ran into an out of town lady who saw what happened and she was having problems with them her self. I guess I am just wondering if anyone has had the same problem?

I eat out 15-20 times a month and JP Ranch has the worse service of any place I've been. I have been there about 10 times and each time I say I won't go back, but I keep thinking it will get better. After last night I definately won't go back.

My family and i there a few months ago and my husband loves steak! I had told him that the chicken fried steak was great! He ordered the biggest steak that they have there. It was the worst tasting steak he has ever had, the service was HORRIABLE! And to make matters worse the bathroom was hideous~!

i worked at jp ranch for a very short time and i can personally say, the people owning and running that place have no idea what they are doing, and the servers really arent that bad, its just so much other stuff that they had us doing and dealing with made doing our jobs imposssible. please dont be too angry at the waiters and waitresses i promise, we try to do our best. you honestly can not do your job correctly when everyone else in that place arent doing their job.
