Tim Madison is a corrupt moron!!! I was under felony indictment by him while he and one of his partners in crime conspired to extort $76,000 from me. He had me extradicted from Houston, Texas, without a shred of real exidence only alegations. I remained in that dinky Jefferson Jail for 30 days before I could get bond. The man is corrupt!!! If you want my story, I give you gobs of documentation and trial prep. The man is totally corrupt and has created a den of corruption in the tri-couny area! Some of the lawyers in the area also participate. I hope that he spends Prison time.

First off, same as the person before I was indicted by this scum bag for an altercation that occurred when I was 19 and the so called victim was 16 (who was my size) and this corrupt so called DA turned everything around without any proof into a sex scandal even though there is no proof and never was any but since he was soo sinful and he had everyone fooled I was placed on a 12 yr probation, on the sex offender registry for cruelty to children and over 11 thousand dollars in court fines and "restitution" bc the victim underwent severe pyshical and mental pain even though I never came in contact with him. I hope he gets placed in prison for a long time and I hope his wife joins him and then suffers a 12 yr probation sentence. He made me loose my job and have to drop out of college in Florida. So in the real world the law is set to create justice and better citizens but in Madisons world the law was created to take advantage and made statistics.

I have never been arrested in my life but I laugh hystericaly when I hear of corrupt government officials being put on trial. There's one thing that must be remembered, this is occuring in Georgia. In a small town in Georgia. Who in their right minds thinks an ex district attorney will ever get jail time? When nothing is done to government officials who spend millions of tax money on porno web sites and illegal personal purchases with state credit cards? Get real people, the law enforcemnt community will put this low life ex district attorney on a pedistal bow and worship him and least we forget the cash he has hidden for his retirement!!

I do have one question in the event he does indeed to jail time. Will he be the bell of the Jailhouse ball???

I was falsly arrested by this no good you know what also. Though I was told if I worked with him I would not be convicted. Like so many others, no had no evidence, but I knew that I would not receive a fair trial. Its a shame that there is nothing in the law that protects those that have been convicted by a scum bag such as this one. Since being convicted and given an outrageous fine for a weed charge with no prior charges, my life is so different now. I have lots of education and potential. I hope that they drag him like he has done to so many. Unfortunatly if he is not rightfully convicted, he still has to answer to the final judge and there is no escaping that. CONVICT THEM ALL. And I will make it my business to take a day off just to come see the pig get on the stand and face some of the humiliation that he has caused others. And just think of all the cases he tried after he was found out, even before he decided to resign. Then he wasn't fired, he resigned. So much for the justice system and those in it.

Your wrong. The Madison family has been close to my family for years and i am from this small Ga town you are referring to. Tim is currently serving an eight year sentence in a state penitentiary, These uncovered events were heart breaking to our community and we are devastated by the character flaw in a man we held a lot of trust in. No pedestal will be erected for his presence.
