If I lived in New York I would. This is happening way too often all over the country. Another poster thought my anger was a bit over the top. I don't think so. I think maybe we have all been too complacent with this type of crime. What makes me angry is the innocent people that are killed or injured every day in this country because of people who just don't care. They go out - get drunk or drink and then they drive. This clown took his kid along for the ride. What a piece of crap. Now I can't wait to hear from one of his family members or friends on what a wonderful dad he is....b.s. he is a habitual offender and the law needs to be changed. They need to put these people away for many, many years - then maybe they won't do it again!

Oogie Boogie,
Boogie Boon,
Lock this savage up,
In the D.A.'s room.

Drivin Drunk,
You stupid Groid,
Wonders why w h i t e y,
Gets so annoyed.

He's sick & Tired,
Of watchin you,
Killin yo kids,
And strangers too.

The time has come,
to chop off those hands,
No more playin bass,
in Soul Train Bands.

Have some ripple,
Some Mad Dog too,
Colt 45's,
Or some homemade brew.

Just stay at home,
you selfish prick,
or we cut off,
Yo ebony dick.

Driving drunk with a child in the car is a terrorist act. I remember being the victim of it when I was young. Simply put, it is CHILD ABUSE and should be punished so the person gets the point that it is UNACCEPTABLE. I feel sorry for these kids who have no way to control a situation like this....I was one of them.

<quoted text>I was on 495 ,the difference is I drive the speed limit, safely and cautously when not sober. If someone decides to have a fender bender with me I'd be leaving the scene.A leaving the scene ticket is a lot easier than a DWi.Its not too bright to be speeding with a suspended license while intoxicated. This guy got pretty much what he was asking for, charges.
Somehow I think you are telling the truth. I hope for your sake that you stop doing these things, your luck will run out. Just like the POS who hit me on my way home from the funeral parlor (my father in law died), I was going home to get the food ready so everyone could come eat. Jerk off came barreling down the road at about 45 miles an hour and hit me while I was at a traffic light. I am so thankful my car did not blow up. He moved the gas tank 8 inches to the side of where it was supposed to be. I am so lucky to be here.

I have children, a husband, parents, friends and a family that love me. What kind of life would they have if I had been killed that night by someone like you, out partying having a grand time? Not intending to hit me or possibly kill me, just loaded up on whatever and going home. It is not funny when you kill someone. That act is forever, you cannot bring them back, nor can you change it.

Thank you for your comments. Yes I agree they are Highway Terrorists. They are just awfully sick people who probably need drug and alcohol treatment and don't believe anything will ever happen to them, until it does. It eventually catches up with them, sad thing though.....usually an innocent victim takes the brunt of their screw up before they realize they cannot continue on their path. By then it is too late, it really is upsetting.

<quoted text>You're a fine example of whats become to this miserable nation, you need to find like minded people like yourself and engage in a mass suicide.
Now I am laughing because your comments need to be redirected to yourself. Your attitude and what you said it what is wrong with this country.

Saying driving drunk or with a child is bad or child abuse is not wrong, nor is it making our nation miserable. What is making our nation miserable is people who continually, willfully and wantonly break the laws set up for all of us. They drive drunk, high, stoned, they put their children in the cars with them which is child abuse. They subject their kids to very dangerous situations but not only that they are doing a disservice to every driver out there on the road, including YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES.

I dont wish anything bad on you bud, however, one day you will be affected by it, everyone knows someone who was either hit, or killed by a DRUNK. So it is only a matter of time before it comes to your door. I wonder what type of tune you will have then when they come and knock at your door to tell you that your MOther, Father, Sister, Brother, Aunt, Uncle, Cousin or Friend was the victim of a drunk driver. Let us know when it happens so we can be here to remind you of your thoughtless words. I do not mean to argue but I do need to point out to you that there is no room for humor when it involves drinking and driving or child abuse.
