Does it make it any more wrong that he was stupid enough to not only drive drunk but drive drunk with his son in the car. People unfortunately drive drunk often, how is this news?????

Perhaps one day soon, his son will drive drunk with dad in the car.

But I don't think that will garnish an article in Newsday.

Hey Idiot, are you training your kid to be a NYC taxi driver? How old was he when you taught him to smoke?

Is it true that all hotels in Istanbul serve turkey?

Why do you people make jokes about this situation? If he hit and maimed or killed one of your family or friends it wouldn't be so funny-would it?

The coppers and DA will have first dibs on the Benz. I am 100% in favor of aggressive enforcement of DWI laws, but the seizures should be unconstitutional. Why, if two people are guilty of the exact same offense, does one have to forfeit a Mercedes and the other a broken down 85 Toyota? How is that equal protection under the law?

These asset seizure laws are skewing law enforcement in many cases.
