what about all the documents hope larson took home to hide them from steve rizzo, and cashin associates when she was working with the d.a.'s office?. maybe if the town made sure the contractors put the sprinklers in correctly the first time they would not need the re-bid. are they run through an unheated portion of the building again?

OK, so I guess I just to the TOI offices and do an FOI request and get them that way. So there no real "security" of the airport plans.

I'll sleep so much better tonight after this demonstration of Phil's quick thinking and decisive decision making skills.

Note to the sprinkler contractor: Please add $500 to your next payment to Phil to cover the added burden of making him think. I don't want to see this happen again: either the loss of the drawings or making Phil have to do something.

you cant foil a full set of plans.
leaving a deposit on plan sets is a common practice-- in the real world, not islip. phil nolan doesn't know where his chin is never mind what his building department does. maybe he has a brother who can run the department.
