Yeah--all you 10 year olds--GROW UP!!!

You people are rediculous on here. How old are you, 14? I guess since school's out this week you have nothing to do so you post retarded, immature comments on here. You're actually saying "grow up!" in a situation dealing with KIDS. How dumb are you? And you obviously don't have kids of your own cause if you did and they saw the opening of THAT movie, you'd be pissed too.

Sounds like Mr. Nasta is laying the groundwork for a lawsuit but remember, it will not be about the money

So Mike, what stopped the parents from leaving after the first minute? Was it really necessary for them to sit and WATCH??

This is a clear case of negligence, the children went to see a childrens movie, not a horror movie. Due to the gross negligence of who ever was running the movie, these poor children may have suffered emtional distress. I say let the courts have the final say.

That's a pretty horrible thing to happen, esecially with such a relatively young group of kids and a particularly horrifying first scene. If these parents are at all decent though, they will spend more time trying to explain to their kids why the movie is unrealistic and distubring rather, and deal with any lingering feelings their kids might have about what they saw than trying and get money from the movie theater. Because honestly, yes the movie theater is at fault, but these things are bound to happen. You can't just sue everyone.

Although a lawsuit would be totally out of line, I believe the movie theatre is guilty of gross negligence and should fire the idiot who put the wrong film on. I am an adult, and am outraged at the imcompetence of the staff at the threater in what was actually forcing the patrons to view something that should never have been made, let alone shown to an audience expecting a g or pg rated film. If the parents were responsible enough to take their children to g-rated film, they have the full right to be furious with the theater jerks. After reading the description of the opening scene, I fully understand why this country is in the horrendous shape its in.

The projectionist isn't an idiot. It was an honest mistake. 3 films get rotated for the 8pm show, the poor guy was just confused. Chill.

Mr Magoo, I hear Shotgun Dick Cheney was working the projector. And Scooter was in the lobby telling folks all the movie endings. Seriously, who knew Rosie was in KC? Must be a Sox fan, figures.

Oops, almost forgot. NO WAR FOR OIL; or was that yesterday's chant?

What responsible parent would take a three year old to a PG movie at 8:00 p.m? Unfortunalty, the "parental guidance" is left up to stupid people.

Amen....I couldn't agree with you more! What kind of infantile, malfunctioning, intellectually challenged moron writes something like "grow the f___ up" concerning an incident that occurred with a group of relatively young children who, by the way, were not even at the theater to see "The Hills Have Eyes 2," but, rather, were there to see an age appropriate movie, a simple fact that seems to escape that moronic reject who calls himself Ricky. As a single parent of a 7 year old who I often take to see PG movies (which seem to be the norm for almost all of the more popular kids' movies), I do not want him to "grow the f___ up" that quickly, and certainly not because of some gratuitously gruesome scene from a movie that never even should have made it as far as a part 2!

You got that right. My 3 year old does not go to movies that late but if we were to take her, I would be royally pissed.
