Do you have a link to the article? Sounds interesting.

As for chemical weapons that would certainly have to require the contribution of Syrian refugees (to provide blood, tissue, urine, etc, or those who display symptoms consistent with any form of chemical poisoning) to determine if they're being used; not to mention air samples and water samples.
