Lots of trees.

Lots of speed.

Lots of inexperienced young drivers with lots of tricked out over tweaked cars that are made out of Japanese rice paper.

Lots of cellphones.

Lots of pressure on the kids.

Lots of commercials that teach kids that speed is king.

Lots of drugs.

Lots of girlfriend troubles.

Lots of boyfriends troubles.

Lots of school troubles.

Lots of PRESSURE!!!- Remember:

STRESS KILLS!

Lots of home problems.

Lots of broken homes.

Lots of booze.

Lots of cheap rotgut beer.

Slow down kids....you just might meet a good looking chick or a good lookin' dude at that next traffic light or stop sign. Why not?

And folks in general - what's the rush?

Thanks for listening.....

hey newsdump can you wait to have all in information before you write a story? this way we wont have to read choppy, vague, convoluted sentences thrown together, that make you have to read the story three times to try to understand what was written. also it would help if you did a little research on the locations

How much you want to bet that this idiot was going at least 20mph over the speed limit?

Whiskey Bottles and Brand New Cars, Oak Tree You're In My Way.

Maybe a little more emphasis on driving in high school may help this problem. How about more law enforcement. I remember when I received tickets as a teen, it cost me a lot of money and the thought of losing my license slowed me down.

May the Good Lord take the immortal soul of this young man into his care, and may his trajic death serve to remind us all that the most dangerous endeavor, by far, in most of our lives is driving a vehicle.

Condolences to the family who must now endure the unedurable loss of their child.

Real Nice, All you people seem to have alot to say. Why don't you keep your comments to yourself! You all have no idea what happened to this young teen.Maybe he just lost control, or had some sort of medical condition. Some animal could of ran in front of him. How would you feel if this was your child and no one seems to give a damn! My condolences to the family.

You forgot one...parents in a rush to get their kids on the road so they don't have to drive them anywhere. It's a tiring job but this is the reason my dgtr complains "How come her brother can drive when he was 17 and she can't" She can't because she is not as good a driver as he is, so she doesn't get any keys to a car or a road test appt until she is ready.

Same amount of trees today, fewer if anything.
Parents are to blame for buying fancy cars.
Cars are safer today than they were, but drivers worse.
Raise the driving age to 21 and the drinking age to 25.
A cellphone is not needed while driving.
(Amazing to think people were able to live their lives without them no too long ago)
Pressure is a convenient excuse.
Video games are worse than commercials.
Don't do drugs, period!
We all had/have girlfriend/boyfriend troubles.
Do good in school and it should be no trouble.
Listen to your parents and no home problems.
Don't drink under the age limit.

But kids will be kids.
They have NO FEAR and KNOW IT ALL.

Agreed.
These comment sections under news stories bring out the miserable dregs of society who feel the need to spew their stupidity onto the screen.
Condolences to the family.
