This place is the worst! Lee "the manager" is useless and ineffective. Come on people, read the reviews!! This guy is a prime example of bad business practices. Don't trust them with one cent of your money

The only issue with the place is the time of delivery, the products are the best around, we have a shed, gazebo, basketball system, trampoline and swing set all from wood kingdom. Everything in our backyard is beautiful, the majority of the stuff was delivered on time the shed however took about 2x as long as they told us, they said 8 weeks I would say it took about 16 which honestly we were angry about but lee took some $ off and gave us a free ramp and a free shelf to compensate the delay, can't really complain too much about them since they gave us a better price than anyone else to start, a discount for being a returning customer and then compensation for the delay.

They warranty the sheds for 10 yrs the roof for 30 and the foundation for 40 their products are second to none you are going to have the building for 10yrs at least so what if it takes 4 months to get I would rather wait the extra few months and get the highest quality shed available then get a 24 oc osb piece of garbage from lowes or Home Depot put in a week just me. They are built by hand from the Amish down in pa and assembled in your yard no delivery charge no assembly charge and they compensated me for the wait with $ off a free loft and free ramp just give them time you'll get the highest quality shed at the lowest price, yes they are slow but they are the best in the buisness if you want the best get in line and stay in line you will make this purchase once worth the wait my oppinion my sheds beautiful wait 4 months and enjoy it for years

Lee is the manager not the owner think of the large picture you clearly know nothing about business he can only do what he can within company guidelines. So to blame the manager who I have personally spoken to a great deal of times and who personally gave me $ off and my free shelf and ramp is a great young man who is only doing the best he can in a very tough situation I went into the store and sat down personally with him and went over my issues, they are clearly having trouble keeping up with the amount of shed orders they took in but the poor kid is trying the best he can to keep everyone happy, he explained to me the issue is that with the hurricane they received about double the amount of orders they normally receive and wood kingdom and the manufacturers are having a hard time keeping up with the large amount of orders, he gave me a discount free merchandise and an estimated delivery date to the best if his knowledge, he called me that week and I'm not going to lie it was 4 months after my date of purchase but he told me that would be the case the shed was delivered and installed and it looks beautiful the free ramp and shelf came the next day but for you to blame the young manager for an excess amount of orders and a delay is ridiculous do you think he builds the sheds or is the one with the wallet? Come on I'm sure he is just a hard working college grad like the rest if us trying to pay his bills think of the big picture and don't blame the poor kid who has to answer the phone

I would NEVER recommend Wood Kingdom (Coram, NY) to anyone. Ordered a shed in April, 2013, told 6-8 weeks for delivery. When it came close to that time, they used hurricane Sandy as a reason for the delay. Time after time, they always had another excuse as to why it hadn't arrived. Offered to take $300.00 off, "would throw in" ramp and loft. After 6 months of BS, I finally told them I wanted my deposit back. He gave me $500.00 in cash and $1,000.00 check. When I went to the bank, they could not cash it due to "lack of funds". I went back down and told them I only wanted cash and he then handed my the $1,000.00. To say the least I am very disappointed in how this company is operating and taking money from innocent consumers, considering they filed for bankruptcy in March, 2012.

DO NOT BUY A SHED FROM WOOD KINGDOM! go elsewhere waiting .ordered in April ,It's November and no she'd. All lies from all of them . Dave,Lee,Frank all lies. They never call me. They make up delivery dates ,the day comes and goes no phone call no shed. They have almost $2000 for a shed I may never see. Please save yourself the frustration, disappointment and loss of your money.

Assist or lie? 7 months of frustration anxiety and anger over no shed and Wood Kingdom having almost $2000 of my money. Stop tellin new customers their shed will be there in 8 weeks when I am still waiting after 7 months!

You shouldn't have offered to let us all install our skin sheds into your body's backyard for a discount, then pay with a check that bounced.

The only rubbers this lady uses are her checks! Its been months and still burns when I pee. Stay away from her.

the only one on their way to hell is you all. Cheaters,liars, thieves. We are the honest customers coming in for a shed .you seem a little angry ,lee . agreed! Same thing 7 months of time,anger, frustration and them having $1900. Of my money. They never called me once. I always had to call month after month to see where my shed was. They always gave me a date then it would come and go , no shed,no phone call, no I'm sorry, nothing!.. Biggest waste of time
