I was a customer for 20+ years (orig Price Capell, now Joseph Price Agency), and finally had enough of their incompetence and overcharges. After adding a third car to my policy, they were charging me over $5000; the policy they wrote me had obvious inconsistencies, like the cost for certain line items was more for a 14 year-old Volvo than a new Mercedes. I finally did some comparison shopping and got a better policy with Geico (lower ded) for $2800. After I called to cancel my auto insurance, they did not send me a cancellation; they also continued to deduct $$$ from my checking account. I called approx. a dozen times over 5-6 weeks, and they refused to take my calls or call me back. When I finally got Tom Lee on the phone (he picked up, not knowing it was me), he admitted that he had no intention of returning my calls. I asked him if this is the way he runs his business, and he said "yup".

I have been dealing with Tom and Michelle since 1998 and cannot say enough good about them. They have always treated me fairly while maintaining the highest level of service to come. Anytime I need to make a change to my policy it is completed with one phone call and my decisions are always respected by them.
Thank you for the great service over the years!!!

Have been dealing with this agency for years and they are fantastic. They are extremely attentive to their customers and they are a pleasure to do business with.
Good Luck with GEICO Bill - hope you don't have an accident or a claim, you may come crawling back.

June 2011 Update:

It's been 18 months since I've switched to Geico, and I'm more than glad I did. A few months ago my wife got into a minor fender-bender. The claim was handled both fairly and efficiently.

To MMcPhee - there will be no crawling back - I'm completely satisfied with Geico, and even if I wasn't, the $3000 I'm ahead already would cover the trip in a chauffered limo.

Just curious - I wonder how long "MMcPhee" has been working for the Joseph Price Agency? Is it just me, or does anyone else get the feeling that any favorable reviews are initiated by the Agency as a lame attempt to offset the negative ones?
