I have been treated badly by jaguar of tampa .. i DARE robert elder to thow a trantum with me .. My Lexus service advisor left Jag of tampa because of Mr. Elder's tantrums .. I am glad i got rid of the jag and bought a Lexus .. Jag of Tampa is a horrible place .. I hope they go under

This is a dealership that is unsurpassed in all areas. My wife and I have purchased 3 cars from them- 2 Jags and an Aston. From the very first purchase,we were treated like royalty- right down to the servicing aspect! I have been to other Jag dealers and they do not begin to compare in knowledge, customer service, etc. Please trust me when I say I am not easily impressed, but Brian and his staff have not ceased to impress me in the 4 years I have known them. The owner, Rob Elder, I believe is the reason why this dealership continues to do extremely well, despite this economy. I have spoken with Rob on several occasions about many different topics and he is a great listener as well as tremendous source of information. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to learn how a car SHOULD be bought as well as sold and serviced! This is an experience that you will measure all of your future car purchases by.

Wow! I have heard many different stories and have read these blogs. Funny thing is, they all seem to always revert back to Mr. Elder and his temper. I’ve been to many prestigious functions in the Tampa area and have witnessed this behavior first hand at a particular event. I brushed it off as an anomaly, until I’ve read and heard evidence to hinder my opinion of this man and his business practices. Obviously, my money will not be spent at any of the Elder owned facilities. May you draw your own conclusions…

I bought a beautifully Mercedes that I love from Jaguar of Tampa.

It seems you are quick to find blame and or attempt to demeaning others for their views. The fist sign of poor leadership is trying to make others seem bad in an attempt to prove you are good. It's best to speak to the behavior not the person. We are merely people with a differing perspective, not bad people.
Pointing to other poor behavior does not make you better... just not as bad as "dale Mary dealership."
I am not a punk nor aggressive in nature but had my attempts to rectify my problem go without response. The replies I did get before giving up was;"it slipped my mind." I have not heard from anyone since. I would not recommend your dealership. I will not call to rectify the situation. Jaguar of Tampa had an opportunity to repair our relationship and did not. I will continue to respectfully blog everywhere I can.

I have always owned Mercedes and enjoyed wonderful service from Lokey, however I purchased an XKR Jag for my wife and I take it to Frank at Jaguar of Tampa. The service has been great and Frank goes out of his way for his customers. I just purchased a XJ supercharged for my self and I can't tell you how satisfied I am with the Jag cars. The warranty is first class and The cars are wonderful to drive. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Jag and Jag of Tampa Bay.

Give me a break...oooh.....well lets roll out the red carpet for you and your $900 car, Lord Snot...step aside everyone...last of the big spenders coming through...not getting his arse kissed enough at JOT. I can't believe some of the trash on here. I COMPLETELY trust the service department at Jaguar of Tampa.
Frank. R. is perhaps the finest, most honest and certainly the most outstanding service manager I have ever met at ANY dealership. He is the reason I wouldn't consider any other place for my Jaguars. I have had my share of high performance cars in my time, notably Lotus, Porsche, Triumph and several Jags. It's all about service, and this is the best. There are no perfect places but I think one would be hard pressed to find an equal or better. Hell, my WIFE likes the service here.'Nuff said.

Jaguar of Tampa is a great dealership. I've purchased 2 Jaguars from them. They have ALWAYS been polite and courteous to us. Our service manager, Frank R. is upmost polite and offers us a rental for our use while we wait for service on our cars. Through our past history of purchasing vehicles, servicing we give Jaguar of Tampa our very BEST recommendation ... Thank You !!!

Don't take your car there for service if you can avoid it, your car may come back worst then it went in.
