We just need to stay out of the Indians' business. As for the Mobile Home operator, this is the risk they took when signing a contract with the Indians. When doing business with the Indians, one has to realize and accept the risk that you simply cannot sue them when a dispute arises. Like all business arrangements, you just assign value to that risk, and work from there.

I've said before that the very concept of an independent sovereign nation within the borders of a state, in this case Florida, is seriously flawed, if not unconstitutional, relative to the citizen residents of the state. The Federal government must rethink this entire matter soon.

Given what usually happens when an invading force conquers a native population, The Seminoles and all the other tribes should be thankful they even still exist, much less have this level of autonomy.
