Hollywood: Police looking for suspect in man's beating death

Police announced Friday they are searching for a 31-year-old man in connection with the severe beating of another man who died from his injuries earlier this week.

We were told that they could not make an arrest until Billy died. How about an arrest for battery or ATTEMPTED murder? The police handled this case all wrong from the beginning. Now this Guerrero character is probably in another friggin country!
