Complaint Category (Better Business Bureau): Failure to honor service estimate or agreement
Complaint: Ordered flowers to be delivered Saturday before Mother's Day. Called twice to verify delivery, was told they would arrive by 4pm. Flowers never arrived.
I purchased 2 bouquets of flowers on Friday, May 7th for $85.58 to be delivered at two locations on Saturday, May 8th. I received email confirmations of my order immediately. I then called twice on Saturday, May 8th in order to verify a time of delivery to ensure that someone would be at each vicinity to receive the flowers. The first phone call (12:30pm) ensured that the flowers were on the truck and would be delivered soon. The second phone call (2:00pm) ensured that the flowers were still on the truck and were on their way, and would arrive before 4:00pm. The flowers never arrived at either vicinity, and they never charged my account for the flowers.
Complaint Resolution: Company failed to respond to BBB to resolve or address the complaint issues.
