Think before you open that pie hole!
As it is, there are more whites in the military than blacks. If there were more blacks than whites in the armed forces, you and all the other race baiters would be crying foul. Let me try and make this simple for you. There is a DIVIDE in diversity. Diversity did well in the former Yugoslavia, huh? Celebrate our UNITY as Americans. Now please remove that crack pipe from your pie hole and think before you write.

I am saddened, Richard hasn't posted 32 other blacks which have gone and inspired others with their motivation to condone these actions. Why do you rate such a no response about this?

Just kidding.

Yes, I saw their pictures on the news. How sad, you give them opportunities to do something productive with their lives and they screw it up by being thugs.

How many people are working at jobs that required so much time, energy and consume your life at jobs such as miners, hospital workers, builders, roofers, plumbers......yet they get very little compensation for this work.

Yet, take the athletes who are paid millions to play games they enjoy.....just to stupidly throw it away.

Yes, the majority is black athletes that commit crimes while they are being athletes.

Michael Vick was allowed to keep his $13 million bonuses when he got out of prison.

Disgusting.

They need to go to prison and see what life is really all about. It seems they take everything for granted. Let them take it for
granted while incarcerated. Our gov. has allowed this Political Correct and Affirmative Action and it is sinking America.

Ways, I know you don't want to hear this but since you brought this up...did you know the Obama Admin. is taking tax payer's money to start programs where the prisoners could work outside of prison at programs he has set up for them.

Van Jones, the radical Czar under Obama who recently resigned because Glenn Beck went after him about his radical and racial actions was starting this program for the blacks to be released from prison into work programs. He felt this was the whitey fault because they were oppressed and not responsible for their crimes.

El Zorro? Hahahaha...... Well El if you would pull your face from that comic book then maybe you could make sense. Black and other Minorities have always been over represented in death on the battlefield compared to there population percentage wise. Didn't you know that genius? The Vietnam War was the best example of this because whites that were called to serve got deferments or they left the country. Poor blacks were caught behind the eight ball sort of speak because many were not allowed in colleges or they didn't have rich parents so they had to serve for a country that felt they were less than there white counter parts.

Here's the help as promised!!

Sacramento, California – William Kindrick, 30, and Anita Rivera, 32, were arrested Monday on accusations they were raising kids in deplorable conditions and physically abusing them as well.

According to police, officers were dispatched to the couple’s home after a neighbor called to report a suspected case of child abuse. Investigators arrived on scene to discover Rivera’s four children (ages 1 thru 12) living in deplorable conditions.

Investigators say the home reeked of dog feces and the floor was lined with debris, clutter and feces that was 6-inches deep. Spoiled food, cockroaches, clutter and debris was strewn throughout the house and out into the couple’s yard.

The alleged neglect came to light when a neighbor reportedly saw Kindrick attacking a 12-year-old boy in the couple’s front yard. Detectives later discovered that several of the children had been attacked by Kindrick, resulting in cuts, scrapes, bruises and a split lip… All four children have now been placed with the children’s biological father.

Kindrick and Rivera were booked into jail on suspicion of abuse and neglect. Bail was set at $50,000 each.

A Miller County man is in custody for allegedly beating and sexually assaulting a five-month-old infant.

Aaron Michael Fisher, 21, of Brumley, was taken into custody by the Osage Beach Police Department on Oct. 28 after the infant was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.

Fisher was arrested at the hospital, then turned over to the Miller County Sheriff’s Department. He is being held in Miller County without bond.

Fisher is charged with two counts of felony sodomy.

According to court documents, the infant had signs of “apparent physical and sexual child abuse.”

The infant, identified only by initials and gender in the court documents, was later transferred to the University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital, where she underwent emergency surgery. The infant was bleeding internally, had sustained a head injury and had several broken bones. There was evidence of sexual abuse listed in the documents.

The infant remains hospitalized in critical condition. Fisher and the child’s mother had been living in Brumley. Fisher had just recently moved to Missouri from Michigan.

In a statement given to the Miller County Sheriff’s Department on Oct. 29, Fisher admitted that while the infant had been in his care, he had “watched some pornographic media.” He then described in detail what he had done to the infant.

The documents did not state whether Fisher was home alone with the infant when the alleged abuse took place.

According to the documents, Fisher’s mother recently fled to another state after she was assaulted by her son.

The infant and a 2-year-old sibling have been placed in emergency protective care of the 26th Judicial Circuit Juvenile Services. The Miller County office of the Missouri Department of Social Services Children Division, along with the juvenile office and sheriff’s department are involved in the ongoing investigation.

Salem, Ore – Calvin Hoover, a 21-year-old Oregon man was arrested Tuesday after he called 911 to report that someone had stolen his marijuana.

According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to a bar after Hoover called to report someone had broken into his vehicle while he was inside the Freeloader Tavern.

Hoover told the dispatchers that a thief broke into his truck and stole $400 in cash, a jacket and about 3/4 ounce of marijuana.

Deputies arrived at the bar about 1 a.m. but were unable to locate Hoover. After about a half hour, Hoover called back, angry that deputies were taking so long to arrive.

Investigators say the dispatcher was having trouble hearing Hoover during the call because he had stopped several times to vomit.

Deputies eventually located Hoover about 100 feet from his truck. He told deputies that he was looking for the person who had stolen his “weed”.

Deputies took the man’s theft report and then promptly arrested him, discovering he was drunk and in possession of marijuana.

Hoover was booked into the Marion County Jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance and DUI.

CHARLOTTE – A North Carolina man charged in the abduction of his two adopted daughters, including a 12-year-old pregnant girl, is now facing rape and incest charges.

Matthew Hess, 40, is charged with indecent liberties with a child, first-degree rape and felony incest between near relatives.

The suspect and his adopted daughters were part of an Amber Alert that was issued last week. The children were located and are now safe.

The man is already charged with child neglect and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The girls’ mother reported them missing last month when the 12-year-old failed to show for a doctor’s appointment. The Tennessee Highway Patrol said troopers arrested the man last week.

Brusly, Louisiana – Charles Kazmir, a 22-year-old Louisiana man has been arrested after he was caught on security camera looking into a teenage girl’s bedroom window – naked and masturbating.

According to Brusly Police, Kazmir was identified after the family of the young girl obtained surveillance video that captured him without pants outside their daughter’s bedroom window.

Investigators say the teens’ parents caught onto Kazmir’s activities when he assembled bricks outside her window to step on while peering into her room. Each time the bricks were put in their original place, Kazmir would reportedly stack them up again, prompting the girl’s parents to install a surveillance camera.

“this is to me more than a peeping tom, to take it to that level,” said police spokesperson Jamie Whaley.“He was stripped down, totally getting nude in the photos and touching himself.”

Kazmir was booked into jail on 7 counts of criminal trespass, obscenity, voyeurism, peeping tom and criminal mischief.

America is now the number one destination in the world for child sex trafficking, according to the State Department Bureau of Justice Statistics.

Sex trafficking of modern-day slaves is at an all-time high and larger U.S. cities are major markets for this illegal sex trade industry.

On Oct. 21 and 22, specialists from around the nation will convene in Tulsa to hold Oklahoma’s first Human Trafficking Awareness and Training Conference.

Law enforcement experts from the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Federal Marshals from Texas and the Department of Justice Prosecutors from Washington D.C. will be on hand conducting workshops and panel discussions.

Additionally, experienced psychiatrists, social workers and case workers will address treatment and care for victims of sex trafficking.

Recent findings from Law enforcement agencies, non-profit anti-trafficking organizations and Shared Hope International indicate that Houston is now the number one city for child sex trafficking, with Las Vegas and Atlanta ranking second and third.

According to FBI experts, traffickers are known to move their victims from state to state to avoid being detected.

“Our highway systems have become the new slave trade routes of these modern-day sex slaves,” said Mark Elam, of Oklahomans Against Trafficking Humans.

With Interstates 40 and 44 connecting the east and west coasts and I-35 connecting Mexico and Houston to northern cities, Oklahoma is right in the crossroads of this growing problem.

The conference, to be held at the Oral Roberts University Zoppelt Auditorium, will consist of a screening of “Call + Response,” a documentary created to expose the terrifying fact that there are more slaves today than ever before in human history.

The event will feature speakers like Theresa Flore, a victim who was sex trafficked while in high school, and sessions covering types of human trafficking in Oklahoma with FBI special agents discussing local problem areas.

Students seeking careers in social work and psychology can earn six hours of continuing education credits. The general public is also invited to attend so they can become aware of how traffickers are targeting American kids and grooming children online to become the next wave of victims.

TITUSVILLE – A 23-year-old Titusville mother charged with trying to kill her 11-month-old son so she could return to work will remain in Brevard County Jail, officials said today.

Christina Marie Mcintyre of Coleridge Drive was charged with attempted domestic felony murder, aggravated child abuse, child abuse and child neglect causing great bodily harm.

In a court hearing this afternoon, Mcintyre was denied bond in the attempted felony murder charge, but was granted bond of $50,000 each on the three remaining counts.

Titusville police said Mcintyre tried to smother the child earlier this month, even using the baby’s 2-year-old brother to do the job using a blanket and bean bag chair, but changed her mind and called 911 for help. Though she put the child up to it, she disciplined the 2-year-old later, police said.

During the Oct. 6 call, police said, Mcintyre waited about two minutes before telling the operator the child was not breathing and beginning a half-hearted attempt at cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Rescuers arrived moments later and revived the child. She reported the baby’s illness as apnea during the call.

About a week later, on Oct. 15, the state Department of Children and Families reported Mcintyre to police, claiming that during tests for apnea at several hospitals in Central Florida, doctors determined the child was fine and his mother was the cause of breathing problems.

In one procedure that was being videotaped, police said, Mcintyre interfered and may have harmed the baby again.

“Each time the mother reported the child was not breathing, she was either in front of the camera, or the camera caught part of the incident and showed there was nothing wrong with the child,” according to a police arrest report.“The victim was also attached to an apnea monitor, which showed no distress.”

Police said Mcintyre admitted she tried to kill the baby.

“The defendant explained that she wanted to go back to work, but could not afford day care for both kids,” according to the police report.“She stated that if the infant died, she could afford to put the older child in day care so she could work.”

Police said Mcintyre also admitted she exaggerated and fabricated the apnea incidents to doctors and hospitals as a cover for his breathing difficulties. She said she was afraid her children would be taken away, police said.

Medical records show he had four doctor appointments and three hospitalizations since Sept. 21 regarding apnea, police said. He also had numerous invasive tests, which prosecutors say amounted to aggravated child abuse.

Both children are in DCF custody.

Kansas City, Mo – James Phillips Edwards, a 60-year-old Kansas City man was formally charged Wednesday after he allegedly gave sedative-laced ice cream to underage girls and then filmed them in pornographic poses while they were unconscious.

An investigation was opened on Edwards after he allegedly used a file-sharing program to download several images of child pornography. Investigators traced the source of the images to a computer registered to Edwards and obtained a search warrant.

Kansas City police entered Edwards’ home and seized his computer where they found images of at least eight girls who appeared to be unconscious. Some of the images were found in a file entitled “Consuming The Date Rape Drug”.

An investigation of that file revealed images and video that showed Edwards giving drinks and ice cream to the girls before they are shown apparently unconscious. Edwards appeared at several points in the video.

Police declined to say how many potential victims there were or how Edwards had gained access to them. Detectives in the case believe that all of the victims were accounted for and their current “safety has been confirmed”.

Edwards allegedly told investigators that he did not believe that he had done anything wrong. After his arrest, Edwards allegedly gave a videotaped statement to officials in which he stated that he had given Ambien to “multiple minor girls” ranging in age from 6 to 12.

Edwards was booked into jail on charges of advertising, possessing and attempting to distribute child pornography.

If convicted on all charges, Edwards could be sentenced to up to 30 years in prison on the advertising child pornography charge, up to 20 years on the attempted distribution charge and up to 10 years on the possession charge.

Prosecutors also noted that a second case involving distribution and receipt of child pornography — unrelated to the investigation that led to Wednesday’s indictment — is being pursued by another, unidentified law enforcement agency.

A man who allegedly videotaped a friend having sex with a horse at a farm in Washington state in 2005 is now accused of performing sex acts with a horse in Tennessee.

James Tait, 58, was arrested and charged Thursday with three counts of felony animal cruelty. Kenny Thomason, 44, the farm owner who lives with Tait in a Nashville suburb, was charged with two counts of the same crime.

“This is one of the most upsetting days I’ve ever dealt with,” Maury County Sheriff Enoch George said Friday, according to the Columbia Daily Herald.
