Taney county commission does it again. They take an illegal vote.Newsleader article states that some documents were not delivered to zoning commissioners until 4p.m. that afternoon and they did not get to read all of it.State law says all parts of a proposal have to be in the commissioner's hands 5 DAYS BEFORE.At that time they also have to be released to members of the public on request. It is illegal for the commission to vote on anything that is not in the proposal mailed to them 5 days previous. The vote on any item given to them later is null and void.Sunshine law, gotta love it!
