It should have a road course in the center. The owner has no idea how popular it is getting in this area and alot of people don't like going in and out of cones

Probably should go with a 500-Seat NASCAR Track, that way they MAY be able to sell enough tickets to make the stands look reasonably full on race day.
Then, with a bit of strategic camera-angle filming of the race, they could fool the viewing public into believing that the stands are jammed full of JR fans here to see NASCAR's greatest driver race to another loss.

Wrong-O, the press would have us believe that if it's about NASCAR, it's about Junior, because Junior is NASCAR and NASCAR is Junior. The title of this article has "NASCAR" in it, thereby making it about Junior.
