Fighting for N.H.'s health
Philosophically we are tempted to tell New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph Foster to butt out of the debate over whether pharmacies such as Rite Aid and Walgreens should continue to sell cigarettes.

I don't smoke, but the further question to this is if at a later date a pharmacy decided to stop selling Birth Control and certain groups may use the cigarette issue to support the not selling Birth Control.
I support the pharmacy choosing not to sell cigarettes, but would not support them if they were to refuse to sell Birth Control as my justification is on the grounds of good health.
