Lawmaker proposes gas-tax hike to pay for road repairs
The bill calls for a 12-cent increase in the gas tax over three years. The money raised would go toward fixing the state's decaying roads and bridges.

New Hampshire drivers now pay 38 1/2 cents to da state and 9 1/2 cents a gallon to the federal government.
gee enough taxes on gas already. let's cut spending in the existing budget.
or have all law makers, judges and the governor pay tolls to increase the revenue stream.
