I ignore jury notices too (when I get one, which is rare). I firmly believe the system is broken and would rather see a system based on the military court marshall system, where a person is tried by a panel of judges.

It would really suck to lose at least a works pay as those scum bag lawyers make thousands. I say make the defendent reimburse all jurors in lost pay if found guilty.
