How does Michigan connect skilled workers with the employers that need them? They're trying to answer that question at Thompson M-TEC Friday in Holland, as part of the Ottawa County Michigan Works program.

They dont want to find the skilled workers, they are looking for the cheaper, anybody can do it replacements.
