1 critical, 1 serious in Park Township crash

One person was critically injured and another seriously hurt when a driver northbound on Lakeshore Drive crossed the yellow line on a curve and hit an oncoming car.

That is a very dangerous curve - not sure what better way it could be marked to alert drivers of the danger of it -? The speed on Lakeshore can be very dangerous - especially when you are turning into your driveway and the driver behind you goes around you, where there is a double yellow line. I wonder sometimes if drivers actually "know" what the double yellow line means.
