Lew has been in office for how long? the closer we get to the elections the more his brain waves hit on things he's had a coup[le years to do.

Now if we can get them to increase the time in jail for texting and talking on the phone while driving and killing someone too. The same laws should apply because like drinking alcohol, telephone use behind the wheel is ca choice too.
