21 years old is not a kid anymore. Friends waiting at his house at 4:30 AM indicates a party. Only job he ever had was with his daddy. Being poor means working 2 jobs to support yourself while going to college. Doesnt leave much time for middle of the night parties....do it?
YOU ARE RETARTED... if he was going to a party, so what, if he was going to get hamburger buns, so what. If dan was going out to fucking get beer, so what. The fact of the matter is that unfortunetly whatever he was doing led to his death. There are many people out there who are involved in awful crimes such as driving home drunk, not killing themselves but rather the car they smashed into. I knew where Dan lived, and he didnt go very far. Drunk, sober... Let it go and have some respect.you may consider your self poor due to the fact that you pay for your own college and work two jobs, guess what hunny? SO do many others, your are not special in that respect. So cry about it and get over it, its doesnt make you any better then he, or give you the right to judge anyone. Sooo nooow lets judge you, since you basically volunteered for the firing line. As soooo deserve it!

Get your own life and stop being so consumed in others! But im sorry i guess i didnt realize that you must be special enought to classified information such as the details of his accident, waaaaittt maybe you were the first paramedic on the seen??.. I think not. So at the point in which you magicaly become that, then maybe when you open your mouth, it wont just be some crazy comments you are pulling out of nowhere, when truth be told you are pretty much ignortant to the topic!

I am still trying to figure out who in their right mind goes out for hamburger rolls at 4am. Who barbeques at 4am? Unless "hamburger rolls" is another term for "rolling papers", this doesn't make any sense.

Does anyone know the name of the bar where Danny was drinking in the hours before he crashed his car and died from the blunt force trauma he caused to himself early Saturday morning?
Would anyone object if the County Coroner released the results of the toxicology test performed on Daniel's body?
he was not drinking!!!!!!!! all of the people saying he was drunk, or was g oing out to a party, or anything else that they DONT know, stop, just stop. Danny was a fantastic kid. and yes, to who ever thinks 21 is not an age limit for a kid, 21 is still a kid. he wass still young, and had great plans for his life. he wasn't even going out to a party or to a bar. he went out to get hamburger rolls for his brother who needed them. and everyone who didn't kno him needs to shut up and get on with their lives. Danny's death was a life changing event for a ll of his friends and family. He acted as an older brother and friend should, he went out for someone who wasn't sobber enough to drive. and it costed him his life. isn't that enough for him and his family?? Danny Rest In Peace, Love Forever And Always.
