You're assuming they didn't find a suicide note? Could have been on his body or at his residence.
Information on suicide notes is often not disclosed to the press or public for the sake of the family.
If the Coroner's Office ruled it suicide, they have enough evidence to do so.

What's really disturbing is that they had to have a surveyor come to the scene to determine whose jurisdiction it was.

The bigger question the surveyors had to answer was did his foot cross the line into the other's jurisdiction. What if his body was on the line? Do you take where his feet are or the head is?

Not enough info in there to tell what happened. Unless you mean the full article in something other than the MCALL rag.

So, was this one of the Catty crackheads that everyone was speculating about?

I hope he was not alive when they had to figure that out and then died waiting to see who's side he was on~

Do they have people that drown in the Delawre River subject to a surveyor first? He /she may have jumped in above milford N and could hav drowned in PA or NY or NJ or DE and in different counties or in the Recreational Area. And if we aren't sure where the person drowned, then what? do we have a squabble amongst all these different governmental entities?A surveyor, the dumbest part of the whole deal. And then again he might've been trying to cool off.

No where does it say the authorities stood there with there thumbs up their butts waiting for the surveyor. You people are all reading into this. It says that jurisdiction had to be determined to investigate. Period. Unless we have a witness who saw everyone standing around doing nothing prior to helping the victim, you are all talking out of your backsides!

First off no Brian was not a crackhead! He was a very dear man who was a hard worker who was going through a rough time. He had many people who loved him and had a wonderful family! The family is very upset and very hurt. This is a hard time for family and friends. Yes, it was a suicide, no he was not going swimming, and that is what makes it harder for the family and friends to deal with. His mother has been very sick and almost passed away 2 monthes ago and is still having trouble till this day, and Brian's brother passed away 5 years ago in a car accident. So please respect the family and friends and send your condolences. Brain, I hope you are at piece with yourself now, but I wish you would have thought about what you did and are doing to your mother since you took you life into your hands. Piece be with YOU! Family and friends my thoughts and prayers are with you.xoxox

i was there looking at the body swimming with my friends
it was very scary, i thought that was a safe place to swim and have fun because the pools are expensive. I dont think i can look at another river in the world without looking at that body.
if he commited suicide wow i give all my wishes to them. i hope they can get through this. im trying to right now. i cant go to sleep without knowing that they are in pain.

God bless the family. Some of you people are horrible talking about someone you do not even know. You are heartless. I hope know one you know or love ever commits suicide.
It may even be you yourself. Think before you talk.
