Yes this is the city of freindly people but we have city officials that will RAPE YOU when it comes to your utilities. The property owners cant even keep tenants due to this. THANKS ALOT!!!!!

The lowering of the Utility bills never happened. They actually went up and the sewer and water will actually go up as well. Thanks to the new city council. Some new blood needs to be introduced into the council as well as city hall. I have been hearing a rumor that there is a certain council member that believes that all "white people" are rich in this town. Really? This council member may want to do some fact checking. This council member needs to be removed
