So happy to see that something will be done about buildings/houses that should be condemned and torn down. Hogansville needs a strict code to prevent this from happening. The mill village is pitiful. No one is made to keep their house up and some have a yard full of mess!!!!! Some of the houses need to be torn down. This should have been taken care of years ago!!!!!!!

Putting a sign on the door is not helping. The houses need to be repaired or removed. Do something City of Hogansville!

Nice idea, but not at tax payers expense.

The city puts a lien on the house to get repaid or they get to keep the property. Win win situation.

Good to know about the lien.
