wait lucas has a wife??? news to me. I just saw him last week behind his dad's office in the morning before work. whether the reason for this invasion was for drugs or not it was not lucas that acted violently in this situation. the other guys have a history of breaking into peoples houses.

Anything I have read in the paper stated when they broke into the house they demanded money not drugs. I am sure the money was to fuel their own drug habit.
I see there are some on this site that just like to start rumors or "I did hear" statments. Just remember second and third information is dangerous.
This just boils down to the FACTs...NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO BREAK INTO ANOTHER HOME WITH A GUN...

The DA should send a message with this case!

Viloence will not be tolorated!!!

I Think, that these people did this because they thought he would not call the cops because he was a MJ user...

MJ users are the target of scumbags like this all the time because MJ is not legal... They think this guy won't call the cops on me because he's a MJ user, if he calls the cops he will get in trouble too.

I think it's time for a new DA!!

one that protects all of it's citizens both MJ users and Non-Users...

You seem to be overly concerned about snitchers.

WHY?

If it mean't saving your skin some time in the pokey, you would snitch also if you were in their position.

So... I ask again. WHY are YOU... so concerened about snitchers?

I could speculate on that, but speculation only starts unjustifiable rumors.

The snitcher is usually the least evil of the worst in the gang. I am not saying that he is better. They are all law breakers.

For example:

The person robbing the bank with a shotgun and pointed it at a tellers head will likely get a stiffer sentence that the getaway man outside with a vehicle to escape in.
Yes, both are guilty. No arguement.

Plea bargaining helps ensure incarceration of the WORST of the vermin.

Back to reality once again. WHY are YOU so concerned about snitchers?

That has to be the stupidest statement I have read so far in the Malone Topix forum.

Like it or not... MJ is illegal. I smoked MJ for probably 20 years and quit. I never got caught. Stupid people get caught.

I also think it is time to look at who the police have as snitches. I am a law abiding citizen but when I see all the people they have as snitches it scares me. The police get these low lifes to tell on others, yet they are doing worse then the people they are telling on. THAT IS WHY I AM SO CONCERNED ABOUT SNITCHERS. I am not referring to this case in particular, I am referring to snitchers in general. I know of a man that was arrested alot of times in one year, yet we never saw his name in the paper because the nark unit always got him out of it. When a police officer said she was going to have him arrested the nark unit said thats okay, we will just bail him out. When the narks are worse then the people they are narking on, thats what is wrong.

I disagree with your analogy. You speculate on WHO is worse than WHO without backing it up.

Name names. Call the D.A.

Is it wrong for Law Enforcement to "USE" free criminals to their advantage? It's part of the game. They may possibly overlook the few to save the many.

The User

The Pusher

The Dealer

Who is the worst of the three?

They may save the Pusher over the User in hope that they can nail the Dealer. The User for the most part, has no idea who the Dealer is.

The point is moot when you grow your own. I am sure not one of you angels in here does that. LOL

I agree that the DA needs to be called but from what I have seen in the small community where I live, they narks would come and taget me and probable get away with it. I am in my 50s and have worked hard all my life. I am scared to risk everything.
A girl I worked told me how her friend was broken into and they called the police. They suspected who it was (neighbors) They looked out the back window when the cops were there and could see the neighbors bagging pot for resale and the cops did nothing. Everyone in the area knows they were narks for years.

To answer your question...Who is the worst of the three. That would be the pusher and the dealer.(To me they are the same)
The user does not hurt others.

I guess I started rambling too much when I mentioned the words "dealer" and "pusher". I got them reversed. I should have thought a little harder about the words in the song "The Pusher" by Steppenwolf.

from Wikipedia:

THE PUSHER
The lyrics of the song take great pains to distinguish between a dealer in drugs such as marijuana—who "will sell you lots of sweet dreams"—and a pusher of hard drugs such as heroin—a "monster" who doesn't care "if you live or if you die".

I understand your point about being targeted and
scared to risk everything. I shouldn't have suggested that law abiding citizens snitch/squeal etc("Name names. Call the D.A."). I went off base there. My bad.

The initial intent of my reply was a belief that snitching/squealing/narking amongst the pushers and dealers is helpful. They will cut each others throats to save their own skins and "Plea bargaining helps ensure incarceration of the WORST of the vermin."

[what are you worried about? are you trying to change the subject? the snitchers are the worst because they never get punished just keep getting away with s--- that others are in jail for.. what a justice system...
