Commissioner Daniel Stahnke would be a GOD AWEFUL candidate for ANY position where LEVEL, JUST and FAIRLY MODERATED Judgements would be desired.
We have been in a terrible court battle trying to protect our daughter from her PHYSICALLY ABUSIVE father in the court of Dan Stahnke, and he has "Time & Time again" demonstrated that he is biased towards "Parents rights" EVEN AND ESPECIALLY at the expense of the SAFETY OF THE CHILD!
He EVEN OVERTURNED a PROTECTION ORDER by ANOTHER JUDGE within DAYS of the order TAKING EFFECT!
I've observed him act in a mean and disrespectful manner toward a litigant seamingly based on nothing more than PERSONAL FEELINGS!
I've also seen him ignore documents properly turned on for review, and I've seen him refuse to acknowledge testimony from litigants witnesses.
Furthermore I believe there is a CIVIL RIGHTS LAWSUIT filed against him in the State of Oregon; Kimberly F. Burzynski Verses Daniel L. Stahnke. This would make sense to me because I have seen PERSONALLY that he has difficulty seperating his PERSONAL FEELINGS toward a ligigant from his OFFICIAL ACTIONS.
At other times I've seen him allow one litigent to speak OR EVEN YELL OVER another Litigent without stepping in TO RESTORE ORDER!
We TOTALLY INTEND to become active at a GRASS ROOTS LEVEL to make sure Dan Stahnke does not get elected to this OR ANY OTHER position in Washington State.
I would encourage the people of Washington, to LOOK CAREFULLY at THAT CASE, we really DON'T WANT a Judge that violates Civil Rights in the State of Washington,,,DO WE?
