sex offenders in our community

While I like to believe that anyone who commits a crime should be treated as a citizen once they have served their time, and paid their debt, should the same rule of thumb apply to Sex offenders who are TEIR 3? Teir 3 offenders are as defined by Mt state law "Sexually VIOLENT Predator who has committed a sexual offene and who suffer from a condition that makes them LIKELY to engage in predatory sexual offenses or anyone 18 and older who HAVE committed an offense against a victim 12 or under. TEIR 3 Offenders are considered to pose a HIGH risk to the community of committing repeat sexual offenses. Other states have laws stating a sexual offender can NOT live within so many feet of a day-care, school, or other areas children frequent. Like I dunno Civic Centers perhaps? Montana does not have such a law, and so when a TEIR 3 Offender such as Leroy w. Dixon who lives at 511 W Morase which happens to be less then 500 ft from a day care, and across from a family with 4 children, once he has served his time 'has paid his debt', and 'we can't violate his rights' by asking him to LEAVE...and while honest law abiding citizens will leave HIM alone, question is...will HE? And what happens when he violates a childs rights, a CHILD!...You know...those little people we'd walk through fire for? Can ANYONE explain to ME how MONTANA has NO such law preventing someone at that LEVEL from living so CLOSE to a day care?

i am here to tell everyone in lewistown that leroy w dixon is not a level 3 and think about this then critasize he was 17 when he had sex with a 16 year old they were dateing all throug middle school and in to high school and they were haveing sex then but the night he tuned 18 the cops in glasgow arested him for sleping with a miner kind of mest up i think and he was not the first one they did that to in glasgow just to tell u how the goverment is in glasgow one exsample leroy was in pinehills in milescity talking to his mom on the phone and she had a police scanner and they heard the cops in a highspeed chase with a person they posatively identafid as leroy w dixon and he was in pinehills and that happend in glasgow they went to pinehills the next day and asked where he was the night before and tryed to charge him with it now u tell me yea he has done some stupped thing when he was younger we all have but he is looked at like the scum of the earth he did not do anything to kids hell he has 3 of his own and would not do anything to hurt them or any one elses kids so stop looking at him like he is scum he cant even get a job in lewistown because of it comone people he has to live to and has kids to raise so give him a break if u met him u would see he is not what u think he his i would bet my life on it so think twise and know all the facts before u judge he moved there to start a new life and the whole town of lewistown is not leting him do it so give him a break please that is all i am going to say have a heart singed someone who cares
