Remy Gonzalez, the former brother-in-law of Buddy "Cake Boss" Valastro, was supposed to be sentenced on October 7th. Anyone know what happened?

I was wondering the same exact thing and found this post. I even looked him up on a NJ prison locater site, and could not find his name as being an inmate anywhere in New Jersey, it's very weird.

Me too. I've been trying to see what the sentence was but find NOTHING. Strange.

@ Riena:

We knew that. From what I understand, he had decided to plead guilty. I have also been wondering if he had been sentenced yet.

Ahhh...it looks like he withdrew his guilty plea.

He was facing 5-10 years. If it goes to trial, he will face up to 40 years.

the judge wouldn't let him withdraw his plea and he got 7 years in prison.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Sagittarius

It's important to be discriminating about what you say and believe today. That's because communications are rather strange, with people saying or doing odd things and plenty of scope for crossed wires. Be very careful if you're attending to important details because for some reason your brain may switch off at the vital moment, leaving you prone to making mistakes or losing track of what you're doing. Try to double-check anything important tomorrow when your brain is back in gear.
