this day and time; i feel that scotland neck
has to move with the times and don"t look back;
this is 2008 not 1945; scotland neck could be a
big little city, in a little town. its time for
all the people in scotland neck to get together;
white and black and work on being the best town in east north carolina; i was there as a boy;

Well James,
You'd be real proud of Mayor Mills. He wants to pay his daughter a $500,000 lump sum and $3000 a month for what, I don't know. Ever heard of Nepotism?
That's a fine start with the peoples money!
