Remember - Florida's NO-FAULT Law expires October 1st, leaving over 4 million uninsured motorists hoping they won't be injured in a similar wreck! Thanks Tallahassee! Looks like politics and the insurance companies win again!

Sorry to the motorcyclists that don't like getting blamed but a huge amount of the motorcyclists that I see are driving recklessly. Cars don't pass other cars in between two lanes on the lane line but motorcycles do. I've yet to see a car doing a wheelie down the Turnpike or US27 at 120 MHP. Granted there are a lot of fools out there in cars too but motorcyclists are asking for it because they have no protection when their luck runs out. Maybe people are just annoyed with motorcyclists that like to rev up their engines constantly late at night especially when they have illegal mufflers. Yeah cars do it too but they don't get away with it as much. Oh well, at least its not as bad as those idiot bike riders that ride along in peletons of 20 blocking whole lanes.

Oh yeah, encouraging people NOT to have auto insurance is such a money-maker for the insurance companies.

Obviously you don't drive I-95 at night on the weekends.. I get buzzed by dozens of motorcycles racing down the highway in excess of 100mph every weekend, causing vehicles to take defensive action.

DWYANE, as of October 1st, you will still have to have liability car insurance! It just won't come with the mandatory NO-FAULT Med-Pay as it does now, which is included in your current premium! As of 10-01, if you are hurt and if you have it, your private health insurance will now have to pay for it, causing those premiums to begin to rise dramatically. Or you can purchase Med-Pay as a rider to your auto policy (at an exhorbitant additional premium, of course). Or - if the wreck is not your fault - you can sue in-hopes of recovering your expenses. But only if the optional Bodily Injury rider was purchased! Yes - THEY win. And we - the people -lose AGAIN!

Most humans here leave little time and space for defensive action . If you try to leave a space , another will fill it .

I wonder.....what made the motorcyclist slide.
Was he hit, tapped, by an "auto-vehicle".
I hope the FHP investigates in a whole.

Vrooom vroom, they should put governors on those sport bikes. 80 mph max. They should also have a bluetooth switch that the police can shut the bike off within a mile. 95 is not a racetrack for you wheelie pulling morons. I have friends with sport bikes and once they get on it their IQ drops 100 points.

Well, it couldn't have been caused by a Harley rider doing wheelies in the HOV lane!

Harleys are way too slow to cause any trouble.
