I am from Hobbs nm and Martin from mcdonalds paving , resurfaced my large parking lot for 2.55 per sq ft. we are very pleased. And it was a large job. He was cheaper than Armstrong by far. They are the crooks, not mcdonalds paving. They are with the bbb.

We have had experience with the road workers too.
And a different company called Daleys' Asphalt.
They promise to come fix problems, then call to see if you will hire them to do more work. When you tell them no, they disappear and the problems go unfixed. Uneven asphalt depths, weeds growing through the asphalt, curvy edges that look like someone drunk laid the asphalt. The latter was on Daley's. I have learned my lesson. Next time I use a licensed, bonded, and insured reputable company. Yeah, I'll pay more, but at least I won't have what I have now - junk for roads. I now refer to them as the Gipsy Road Guys. Turned in a complaint today with the Texas Attorney General Office. Now if only they can find them....
