They need to stay off the streets. Stick it to them! I know you are as sick of them as the public is. Please do us all a favor and help run them out of town for the sake of the future of our children, yours included.

YES! It is time for our city to be cleaned up so that we will have a nice little town for person to come and visit. We can be the next "Coolest Little Town".

Sealed Indictments means the bond was set before grand jury conviens...Amy doesn't have anything to do with that. The judge does! Her job is to prove their guilt beyond reasonable doubt with the evidence law enforcement gives her. Then its the citizens of our great county who are called for jury duty to do their job and put them away!

I think many need treatment and I hope this is an option presented. On the other hand, it is important for the charges to stick as much as possible as a wake up call. If additional charges come later or arrests on new charges, then they cannot say that were not warned.

Hatd time is the best and most effective solution. The u.s. spends piles of cash to incarcerate more people than any country in the history of the world. Drug problem is nearly eradicated.

Noticed several were charged with selling within a 1000 feet of a school, which if convicted of means a mandatory 2 year prison term. Some live within the 1000 feet. In many areas, sex offenders, etc are not permitted residence with 1000 of schools, Daycare, or playgrounds and are prohibited from loitering near those areas.

Maybe any probation given should require this provision about the drug dealers.

I guess u could say to that Kudo to u.....but let`s finish it up by adding stupid is as stupid does. I find it extremely sad to see that the law finally makes an attempt to clean this place up our elite elected officials deem it necessary
to post their bonds for the purpose of solely benefitting the increase in monetary profit off the backs of the drug addicts, thieves, dealers, etc.
The crimes against those who attempt to work and make a decent living to provide for their families truly feel it is all in vain. The revolving door at the jail seems to swing open just as quickly as it closes after the officers drop these criminals off. Our judges and county commissioner really need to review the law on why not to return them to the world they have chosen to pilther from. Make a bunch of babies and get abreast big check each month and an even bigger one at the end of the year.(Which in reality should bpaid back to the state government)
If I owe taxes they make sure they get their money from me one way or another. Why aren't they making them pay something.
Also, l see let`s talk about the clinic on Westend.....is it a meth clinic? If so, who in hell thought that giving drug addicts their drug of choice helps them to stop ? And then you are getting funds for this. Why not a halfway house with rules like 3 strikes you are out and a work program was well as a place to lay their bodies from the weather and no release date until they test clean and complete their part of the upkeep of the facility.

excuse the incorrect words and spelling...u get the meaning. And it is so true that our prosecutor can not be blamed for the lack of responsibility others refuse to acknowledge.
