It is nice that we have Train Days. People work on their crafts & such all year to sell.

It is something very positve that the community puts together. Keep up the good work.

Train days is held in Huntington, not Hinton. Hinton has Railroad Days. It's a great community event. One of the best in the state. It will never be a "joke" and even the suggestion is offensive. I feel sorry for the person that posted this and putting such a negative discription to this outstanding, worthwhile community activity. If this person believe Railroad Days is a joke, or could be a joke, they should come out of their cave and see what is going on.

Excellent point "water man,"

During RR Days Festival, it appears there will be more music performers this year in different venues. Come out and enjoy their picking and singing!

Could you expect anything more than a flop.

The only flop during railroad days is the sound of all that money that those train riders "flop" down on my table as they purchase my goods. Then you will here the sound of my feet "floping" all the way to the bank.

So----why don't you folks "flop" on down and enjoy railroad days with us and "flop" out a little cash of your own?

Please don't do this to our little town! Railroad Days is always a success. You people need something to occupy your minds besides belittling and trashing!!

Railroad Days are far from being a joke.

Maybe if they had more interesting stuff than the same things every year, then maybe more people will show up. They need stuff more concentrated on the teenage youth in the area. I go but once the entire two weekends for a few hours because I get so bored. The food is great and I get to be around friends, but all you can really do is walk from 2nd ave to 4th ave and back and see the same stuff.

I wish I could do something, but I'm too young and around here, nobody wants to listen to what the youth has to say anymore it seems.
