Anyone interested in these homes, PLEASE do a little research... These homes sat empty in a field in Arkansas for almost 5 years. None were blocked and leveled, which, in turn tweaks the frame. Not to mention the countless "critters" gnawing through the underbelly and moving on to the electrical wiring. I know I'm a little late posting, but just came across this page and wanted to make sure everyone does their homework before buying one of these money pits!

Are you all serious? This is freakin crazy! Ya got people trying to sell you damn trailers that can't appropriately spell or use decent grammar! Buyer beware! Sounds like a bunch of craigslist bull shiza to me.

Are the 2006 model FEMA trailers at risk for the toxic mold? Someone please let me know, if you know anything about this.

Buyer Beware on these homes. You have to sign a waiver that the home has not been inspected for mold etc...

Most places will not give you a title, and you won't be able to sell the home once you buy it.

Some of them are worth 5,000 to 10,000, not much more than that.
