What's the lady's name that heads that dept. up? Hillary who?

Let's see:
The Republicans
Allow 09/11;
Fail to kill bin Laden - the guy responsible for 09/11;
Invade Iraq, costing now $2 Trillion Dollars,(a nation that had nothing to do with 09/11 - and Iran's sworn enemy), and don't pay for it;
Bomb and occupy Afghanistan at a cost of $800 Billion - and don't pay for it;
Create $1 Trillion expense for Medicare Part D - and don't pay for it;
Create $1 Trillion in Farm Subsidies for Agribusiness - and don't pay for it;
Create $1.2 Trillion debt to subsidize multinational corporations through the Export-Import Bank- and don't pay for it;
Subsidize oil company profits - and don't pay for it;
Deregulated and destroyed the banking system- and didn't pay for it;
And on and on.
Yep, why the hell don't those Democrats correct all our Republican disasters faster;
I know, let's put the inmates in charge of the asylum again, it worked so well last time.
Complete Democrat control of congress 2006 until the Republicans took the house 2008. Did you include the housing debacle? I guess not. Wonder why? You can sing the praises of the Democrats all you want, but there is blame with the Democrats as well as the Republicans. Obama has been WORTHLESS. The fact that you won't admit it says plenty about your accusations. Pfsssst.

Hillary took the blame in order to TRY to help Obama. She MUST be furious. I've thought she's hated him all along. How about the defense department? They are looking like chumps in order to protect that worthless so called president. That's okay. It will all come out tomorrow night.

Both parties have been a washout in their turn, in my opinion...

So, at this late date, I'm still sticking with my endorsement of Gary Johnson, third party candidate for President 2012.

Indeed, win or (most likely) lose, Gary Johnson is truly the best man for the job of President in 2012.

Maybe some year soon we can break this lousy two party monopoly.

Interesting you should mention this incident... now let's look at some of the truth about this...

First off, the Ambassador knew where he was and what the risk was. His compound had been attacked twice before since the first of the year. To top it off he had a not to well kept secret CIA facility inside the walls of the consular compound. He knew what could happen and since there were other places he could be at any time, he just got caught inside whsn the $h!t hit the fan. Bottom line is he was aware just exactly this could happen.
Next is the Foreign Service Support Communication Officer who was killed. Probably jusr a telephone or computer tech working shift. He was the one there when the "stuff" hit the fan. Of course he may have been inside the CIA comm center too... of the four, he's the one to feel sorry for. He was a GS government employee who took the wrong posting the last time hje rotated. The other two guys were "Security Contractors". That's the phrase they've used the last few years for MERCENARY SOLDIER... not in the military but have been recently... young, carry a gun and don't mind shooting people. Those two were hired to "kill or be killed". They were doing what they were hired to do. Unfortunately they came out on the short end but they knew what they were doing and what could happen.
So four Americans, three of whom knew what the risks were dies in a third rate backwater country we should never have sent people to in the first place.
Now the other side of the coin...
In 2001 nearly 3000 Americans died in a Terrorist attack that the President and his National Security staff had been warned about for months and chose to ignore. Following that the same President failed to persue the perpetrator into his lair in Afghanistan, choosing instead to initiate a war against a sovereign country with a President elected by their own people in accordance with their laws simply because he wanted to. That was ultimately led to the deaths of nearly 6000 American military and the severe injury of almost 30,000 more. That done to appease the vanity of a President and Vice President neither of whom had ever served in the military (at least in a significant way).
OK, whatever OBAMA has done about the Syria thing is insignificant and of no consequence compared to what Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld did with Iraq... and if Romney is elected Republicans will once again take America into a useless war led by a President and Vice President neither of whom has serves and neither of whom has any personal stake in the war.
OK... now let's talk about this !!

And you haven't got a clue about what really goes on in the world. If you and I don't know how these things happen then how can we take steps to avoid similar situations in the future.
Rest assurede Romney and Ryan will escalate these kind of incidents into sure enough full blown wars if possible... that's what Republicans do, send American youth out to die so they and their corporate friends can profit from the flow o arms and goods to the war zone. Romney never served himself and has 5 male children who never served and probably never will... and I'll be his grandchildren won't either. Ryan, who appeared in TIME Magazine recently as a physically fit person also won't serve. He has the chance and the country would really get behind a politician and a political party where one of their so called "leaders" actually volunteered for the military and went to war to help preserve America's freedome and way of life (exactly what a lot of us have done). What those guys are doing now and what they will be doing if elected isw the perfect definition of "Chicken Hawk"... one who makes war but is to much a coward to fight in it himself.

No comparison there... and that's why, whatever Obama's lack of ability as President, I sure don't want to see more Republican mistakes, either...

Clearly, win or (most likely) lose, Gary Johnson of the third party choices is the man most suited for the job of President in 2012.

Romney - typical Right Wing Chicken Hawk -
big supporter of the Vietnam War,
while he hid safely in Paris, eating brie, while those without money and connections, fought and died for him.

No wonder Right Wingers like him.

He's just like them,
Whining that they might have to make a sacrifice, no matter how small, for their country,
while they sit back, contribute nothing, and complain about those who do.

Gotta love the Right Wingers - so entertaining.

What a complete load of hogwash!
Our ambassadors and embassy personnel, regardless of their positions, are serving our country and our interests. They deserve to know that our country will have their backs. The experts knew that that consulate should be closed, but if left open, it at minimum needed increased security. But that would not have fit the delusion that Obama was trying to peddle that everything was lovely with him at the helm. The "optics" would not have served his interests had security been increased. We had real time video and it seems NOTHING was done to get help to our people on 9/11 of all days. The narcissist needs to GO!
I am not going to waste my time on the tired refrain of "Republicans want war", it is as stupid and weak as "Republicans hate the poor." Go find another straw man.

Exactly, Romney has that smell of a sleazy Nixonite... a 1972 "Young Republican".
