Everyone who has a 401k or retirement plan has interest in the impact that defense cuts will have on not only the defense industry but their suppliers. The "Suppliers" suppliers will be hurt and etc. We need to be cognizant that the defense industry while global is control mostly by american interest that include the general public. The benefits of the technology, research, and know how may disappear if we cut defense too much. The truth is that if people in bad shape don't get money from the someone else that is not an employer they will get an employer eventually and earn a living, adding to the tax revenue that we sorely need.
Forget about what the sequester may or may not do to our 401k's. The biggest threat to our 401k's is the Obama administration. The Labor and Treasury Departments have already held hearings about the "need" for a national pension system because it is unfair that some people have retirement plans and some people don't. The government just can't resist all that money that is held in retirement plans that they cannot get their greedy little hands on. Nationalized healthcare set in motion- check, next on the agenda - nationalized retirement system.

Lots of that happening on anonymous boards, especially by the anonymous posters. Looks like we have many changing their names...

I am still very bored at all this juvenile name calling, tough guy stuff, trying to prove your more intelligent than the other poster.
Whats next another 50 page boring thesis, maybe this time on the sex life of the snail?
So which one of you name calling slobs thinks he is the meanest of all Topix posters? Easy to be a tough guy calling people names sitting on your toilet, grunting, with your laptop humming away.

I can't wait for the cuts to the War Department and those ghouls among us who profit from the deaths of our troops.

I think her posts are very funny and spot on. Why do you care if she stated her opinion? Perhaps she wasn't posting on Topix in early 2011. If you have a problem with repetition, partner, you are at the wrong place.*smiling* That is basically what Topix consists of.
Synergy, is the fake amongst us. Push me, attack me for no reason, you'll wish you never heard the name 1Soros. Just so you know.*smiling* I can play. And it won't be pretty for some. Partner? Good grief. You already have a few of those. I'm a girl, not your partner.

The only thing that has been hit on the head is apparently....YOU! lol Do you honestly think I CARE that you are bashing me? You don't have that kind of power over me to make me care. Bash away. Rolls off me like water off a duck's back.

BTW, you have NO bargaining power with me, either. Sheesh.....

just which french do you speak of,the tiny minority that were called the 'resistance' and worked with the allies,or the majority that either sat idly by or actually collaborated with the nazis.

Daily Horoscope for May 24

Aquarius

In complete contrast to yesterday, you have your head screwed on firmly today. Yet you won't be boringly sensible or drearily practical, so there's no danger of you having turned into a dry old stick overnight. It's a good day for keeping track of important details and processes, such as confirming a forthcoming appointment or filling in a form and then making a copy of it before sending it off.
