thank you, for responding to my post.but i'm not really sure whats going on in this case. its the strangest thing I've ever seen. i looked up the court case on the Internet.and the case was on the docket. in DEC of 08. we where led to belive it would be settled. did this Ruth person get money from this? or did they throw it out? or lay it over. that's what i was wondering about. again thank you.

my dad sent her money. for supposily money for the lawyer's. of the A Martin gamble co. they had a court date in Dec. of 08. we haven't heard anything from her. for a long time she just keeps telling my family that they moved the court date again. and she keeps asking for more money. and a man by the name of otis cook. was one of the lawyer. they have took a lot of money from all of my family. the court case was A Martin gamble co. vs reedy coal company. if anyone knows anything about this case. i would really appreciate any infomation you could give me.
There was a court date that we went to in December. The reason you have not heard anything is because they had to pick a new jury. Supposidly someone who was on the first jury was connected with the Martin Family. I am a direct heir to this financial downpoor. We have actually been to the few after the court date in Dec. The money your dad is giving is actually helping to pay the lawyer. Ruth is a GREAT woman and this is going to be huge....patience is a virtue...but hold on to your hat because you are going to be Rich! Hope this helps.

I am going to try to update a little. There is a court date set for 7-24-09, A. Martin Gamble ver. Reedy coal. I will not go into a big discussion about what is going on. I will say this you do not have to give money to any one to be an heir. You can file your papers for about $15.00. A Martin Gamble, O.D.Cook, Was put out as Administrator (BY THE COURT) because of some crooked dealings. I was court appointed. I'm not asking for your money. I want ALL THE HEIRS to get what ever we can get.

My husband is also an heir in this lawsuit. We have no idea what is going on only that there was a court date in August and it was postponed and is supposed to be held again in January, 2010. We also heard the court is supposed to run an ad in the newspapers to see if any more heirs come forward.
