I ordered some cheeseburgers several months ago and went to the restaurant to pick them up. (We had always utilized the delivery service on previous occasions)The odor when you walk in is overpowering. The place smelled of old grease, cigarette smoke and dirt. There were several people (including employees) smoking and loitering in the dining room. The building's interior appeared to be in disrepair. Employees were handling money and then preparing orders without benefit of gloves or at the very least a good hand washing. There were dirty dishes and pans in plain view of customers. The floors were filthy. The quality of their hamburgers is not being disputed. (Their pizza is a bit too greasy for my taste) The problem is the atmosphere. They have a decent product but need to seriously work on cleanliness and customer service. As long as this is the standard operating practice for them, I will not eat there.
