Good job by the Police. I'm not glad the lady wrecked, but if she was eluding the Police then she was obviously hiding something. Thank GOD for the Police, who protect us from these types of people. If this lady crashed into your family, then you wouldn't be so supportive of her and that could have easily happened.
well then i take it u have never made a mistake.. yes she used bad judgement and made a big mistake.. we all make mistakes.. like i said before and i will say it again the cops are taking thing way to far, just travel 80 and u will see, not just 80.. the cops around here take care of their own i guess u would say and thats including their drug buddys, everyone else they seem to be getting to the point of harassment, they are starting to act like the mob..

It seems to me that the most important thing is whether or not the people involved are alright..Are there any updates? How many people were in the vehicle?

All of this other bullshit is pointless. Let it go.

The courts needs to knock the back of the jail house out with the driver of the vehicle. How many other people did this idiot put in danger? Innocent people die because of stupid people like the driver of that vehicle that decides to try an outrun the law. Mistake my ass, more like pure stupid.

Yeah drive down 80 and see all the people pulled over. You don't just get pulled over for no reason. As far as them protecting their "drug buddies" well every other house in Knott county is doing or dealing...so if that many ppl are pulled over chances are AT LEAST 50% are high or doing something illegal aside from braking traffic laws. You should be thankful that the police are actually doing something to clean this nasty drug infested place up and get it back in shape. I know I am! I feel bad that the girl wreaked, but obviously she was up to no good or she wouldn't have ran from the officer. The officer can't just sit back and say "hum well she's gonna run off so I guess I'll just let her slide!" That's why being a cop is so dangerous. They risk their lives to protect ours. If that girl is that stupid to put her life in jeopardy then you can bet she doesnt care to endanger our lives or our children's.

It's only going to get worse, before it gets any better. It's bad in the cities with plenty of cops. When it gets worse here with not many cops the people will have too protect their selfs. I think we're about there now.

Thank God The Deputy didn't get killed. Thank God some Daddy coming home from a mining shift: A Father of two baby girls didn't get killed in a vehicular homicide. Sorry there was an accident. The run away driver probably should have pulled over; And taken a light slap on the wrist in the court system. A terrible mistake. Things are not that bad that you've got to risk your life to evade the police. If that's what happened at all....
