Landfill is reopened

The landfill can now receive contaminated soils of any nature as long as it's not considered hazardous. Is 620 PPM lead in soil okay? I guess it is because the CPS is sending there waste to Hillside and it has the blessing of the IEPA and the village of Hillside.
