If you want transparency you are barking up the wrong tree. The government is the biggest crime syndicate in the world. Look deeper. Penetrate their sheath of deception.

Gee, I was looking for your previous letter complaining about the terrorists' torture methods (drilling holes in heads, setting on fire, chopping off limbs, dropping feet-first into plastic shreaders, etc.) but wasn't able to locate any such letter. After all, keeping prisoners up for hours, putting them in air-conditioning, parading a bikini-clad woman in front of them or dunking them in water is pretty much the same thing, right?

And, I don't see your opinion on whether some kind of torture might be warranted in the "ticking time bomb" or "buried alive with 1 hour of air" scenerios. I guess it would be OK with you for thousands to die or for a loved one to suffocate.

Truer words were never spoken. Idiots like her would have you put a mint on the terrorist pillow.

More pathetic liberal nonsense and, yet she still gets to enjoy the same freedom as those of us that fight for freedom and democracy.

In a twist of irony, how many of these bleeding heart liberals would not exist if Truman had not dropped the A-bomb? If her grand daddy had been killed in a long drawn out war with Japan, she wouldn't exist. So much for gratitude.

Jimmy, Good afternoon. When the liberal hero Roosevelt imprisoned thousands of citizens without trial it was okay because we were at war and he was a liberal and they were all spies, right? Bush committed war crimes because he is took combat troops and put them in prisoner of war camps. What gives? I await your intelligent reply.

Two wrongs don't make it right. The Japanese were detained in government camps but I don't ever recall any of them accusing the government of torture. The real truth here is that the Bush administration authorized torture because he wanted the detainees to confess to the untruth that Al qaeda was in league with Saddam Hussein and therefore legitimize his invasion of Iraq.

Jimmy! While we can disagree on Roberto I see you really are a man with character and can see the difference as I do in (compassionate?)idiotic conservatives and patriotic liberals.

I was not alive in the 1940's so I had no say in what FDR did. I think imprisoning Japanese and German Americans without a trial was inexcuseable, and to paint one race or party with one brush is wrong, whicj is my point. I am not saying all conservatives don't have intelligent things to say, just the narrow minded people of that ilk who post on here.

There is no evidence that she was briefed on any illegal interrogation techniques.

I totally agree. These people were animals with our prisoners...burning them, cutting them and leaving their bodies unrecognizable. There is just no comparison between what they did and what we did. Investigating torture crimes against Bush is a politically motivated circus and ironically the ones who will suffer the most from this so-called concern that the liberals have about it, will be the prisoners currently fighting. The liberals could care less whether their actions hurt those currently fighting as long as they try to make the Republicans look bad, which just goes to show the level of their hypocrisy!!

Wrong. The real truth is that any torture was used to save American lives from future terrorist attacks. The level of torture was nothing compared to what was used against us!!

I'm sure YOU were not.

Even (some of) the liberal papers know about it (our Left Winged Parrot chooses what to cover and stories like these do not fit it's agenda of NWO):

And then there is the video taped records of her sordid past:

Oh, yes there is, and the wicked witch of the west is doing her best to lie/weasel her way out of it. Too bad, there is a mountain of evidence and some of it is video/audio of the witch herself (not for small children and some may be nauseated by just her appearance).
