Wow-this one just won't go away. Personally, i still have a difficult time believing this one. If someone uses the defense: "Jesus made me do it," that can give, essentially, license to kill.
There are two very bizarre unsolved murders in Berkshire County dating back to 2005. And, these two incidents occurred in relatively the same geographical area.
I won't go into any details, but there are too many bizarre circumnstances involved.
Generally, the professionals who make a ruling of this nature are not of the highest quality. In other words: "Not the best money can buy."
It seems to me that justice is not really being served with this individual.
Is he really this far off??? And, if he escapes from this facility: Who will be next??? These are not pleasant thoughts, but should not be ignored. It is most likely easier to escape from a facility such as he is being sent to than a correctional facility.
I do not think the residents of Berkshire County should breathe a sigh of relief with this news.

This man has been described as a "survivalist." He escaped from a locked unit at BMC, and proceeded to commit murder. He is now being transferred a another mental health facility in NY State. I really do not perceive this as good news. If he escaped from one locked facility, he can do it again.

This is a matter that needs to be addressed with the utmost seriousness by local law enforcement officials. This man is from Berkshire County, he is a "survivalist", and dollars to doughnuts he could be back here in a flash.

One prisoner, several years ago, escaped from an upstate NY correctional facility, and proceeded to gun down a NY State Trooper in a viscious manner. If a prisoner can escape from a prison, who can we be assured this local man can not escape from a mental health facility in neighboring NY State.

The handwriting is on the wall, and it is very very serious.

In my first posting on this article, I said that I didn't want to go into any "details." I have theories based on what i've read involving this matter. I am an analyst trained at one of the country's preeminent financial institutions. Also, I believe in scientific theory.

I'm always willing to share these theories with law enforcement. However, for reasons pertaining to my own personal security, i do not think it advisable to divulge those theories in this forum.
I do not know who will read this and, if i hit the nail on the head, i'd prefer not to be involved.

There are two unsolved murders dating back to the time of this tragic story with Mr. Demagall.

We all just want to believe we are safe. We need to know that we are. To me, the risk of an escape from a locked mental health institution is much greater than from a correctional facility. Enough said.

If you are so concerned about your personal security, why do you keep rambling on about the same topic in 3 different posts???

There is more to the story about Mr Demagall escaping from BMC. You must either not know this stuff or you just don't feel the need to add that into your posting.

Go talk to the police if your theories are so great!!! Don't post them on here.
