She sneaks in to this country and steals from the American taxpayer. She claims to want a better life but has 4 children here when she can't afford the one she came here with. The mother and the daughter should be immediately deported and all of the assets that the mother has stolen over the years should be forfeited. I don't understand what is so hard to understand about this. Why is it even open to "interpretation"? Looks like plain english to me.

How ya been.Here in Illinois some programs do not require any documentation on status.....Chicago police can not ask citizen status...Family values didn't work in this case .....Tim
