Look people, I have nothing against homosexuals. What two consenting people do in the privacy of their own homes, behind closed doors, God loves you so do what you want. I'm sorry you had a "bad experience". Life can be unfair sometimes. It's usually unfair to those that are "different" from the majority culture.

But we are not going back into the closet just so you can "feel" better. We will not suffer in silence for you or anyone else. We have made our peace with ourselves through much trial and soul searching.

We will walk in the sunlight with our heads held high. You see, we have developed strength through our tribulations. And we are a force to be reckoned with. We are proud of who we are and we will stand and fight in the face of all opposition.

It is not us that you are ashamed of. It's yourself that you view with fear and loathing. You have done what is known in pychology as "projection". You have projected onto us what you fear most about yourself.

If you wish to live in a closet so that you will not have to "see" our happiness and joy, that is your choice. But neither you nor a hundred million like you can ever pull us back into it with you.

I do feel sorry for you, though....get help.

Do you keep youself in your own home behind closed doors?

You cannot expect of others that which you are unwilling to do yourself.

If I want to hold a man's hand in public, I will do it. If I want to give him a peck on the cheek as he gets on the bus, I will do it. If I want to put my arm over his shoulder as we walk down the street, I will do it.

I am doing nothing that I am ashamed of and nothing more than the straights around me are doing with their loved ones.

But if you are asking me if I'm going to have sex in the streets, of course not. That will get anyone arrested, gay or straight.

I understand that it makes you uncomfortable to see gay people happy and living their lives, out in the open, just like straight people. But that's just too bad. You will just have to get used to it.

Just like you had to get used to blacks being served with whites in restaurants or sit next to them on a bus. Times change and people's attitudes change with them or else they are left behind. Welcome to the present. The future is looking pretty good too, from my perspective.

<quoted text>So let me get this clear. If you had to live your life over and actually had a choice, you would make no changes, learn no lessons, instigate same interests. Nothing would be different or changed?
Buddy, in this life, we play the hands that we are delt. It's all anyone can ever ask of us or we can ask of others.

What benifit do you derive form living a life of regrets? I'm happy today. And quite honestly, today is all anyone has. WE may be dead tomorrow.

You've obviously learned nothing from your past experiences except to regret them and wish they hadn't happen.

Take an example from Jesus, " Take no thought of tomorrow. Today is sufficiant unto itself".

I actually like the words of Jesus. It's those folks who came before him and after him that I'm not too fond of.

Get out into the sun and get a life. I have. And I'm quite happy with it just as it is.

Gotta go,,,,My Main Man just showed up. And he is WAY HOT!

Don't give us anymore consideration, or better treatment unless WE EARNED IT.
Don't feel sorry for us. We don't deserve it.

Much of the hatred we receive we brought on ourselves.

Recently in my parent's hometown, there was a Gay Pride gathering in a local parkway. My God, they were groping and sexing in the woods and showing way too much of their bodies (if you know what I mean. There were children all over, and young males coming through the woods to see what was happening. The woods are always dangerous.

Bottomline: They created more division in the city, and brought a lot more hate into all of our lives. If it had been carried out in a dignified fashion, of course, the community would have been very accepting.

Please don't pity us.

I am gay.
I am against the gay agenda.
I am supposed to be quiet.
